The League was recognized as Best Industry Trade & Professional Association by the Arizona Capitol Times Best of the Capitol awards. The annual event honors individuals and stakeholders engaged in Arizona politics. We are humbled by the recognition and are proud to serve our membership’s interests and goals at the Arizona legislature. The League’s Legislative Director, Tom Savage, accepted the award during the event, which was held at the Phoenix Art Museum on June 28, 2022.
Also recognized was Barrett Coughlin of Highground Public Affairs for Best PR Firm. As Senior Account Executive at Highground, Barrett works closely with League staff to turn our advocacy efforts into visual and digital campaigns and convey our message to wider audiences. Barrett’s work also includes showcasing the League’s affiliate professional associations. Her work on behalf of the League has received recognition by the Reed Awards. We are delighted that the Arizona capitol community again recognizes Barrett’s exceptional work and talent.
