Christina Estes-Werther, Partner, Pierce Coleman PLLC
Christina is a Partner at Pierce Coleman PLLC and serves as primary legal counsel for municipalities across Arizona. She is a former Arizona State Election Director and a certified election officer with extensive experience in election law, election administration, and campaign finance, including representing local governments in election litigation.
Christina previously served as General Counsel to the League of Arizona Cities and Towns and was appointed in April 2024 by Governor Hobbs to the Arizona Citizens Clean Elections Commission. She is a frequent speaker on election and local government issues.
Amy B. Chan, Of Counsel, Pierce Coleman PLLC
Amy is Of Counsel at Pierce Coleman PLLC, where she focuses on election and municipal law. She brings more than 20 years of experience in Arizona government and election administration, including serving as General Counsel to the Arizona Secretary of State (2022–2025) and State Election Director (2009–2013). Amy also served as a Commissioner on the Arizona Citizens Clean Elections Commission (2017–2025). She is a certified Arizona Election Officer and a member of the Arizona Bar since 1999.
