130 Years Ago! In June of 1892, United States President Benjamin Harrison set aside one square mile of Arizona Territory surrounding the Casa Grande ruins as the first prehistoric and cultural reserve established in the US. The City of Casa Grande would be incorporated in 1915. Read more.
