Celebrate America’s 250th with your community! The Arizona America250 Commission is hard at work planning exciting and engaging initiatives to honor the Semiquincentennial in 2026. Learn how to get involved below:
Bring the Arizona America250 Traveling Museum to Your Community:
This mobile exhibit highlights Arizona’s unique role in America’s 250-year story through interactive displays and educational programming. It will tour the state from February to April (tour dates subject to change), accompanied by Arizona’s replica Liberty Bell before its permanent installation at the State Capitol.

Operation Freedom March:
Operation Freedom March will engage military Veterans, service members, families, and supporters in the Arizona America250 campaign. The first Arizona Trail “Operation Freedom March” campaign is a year-long initiative commencing on July 4, 2025, and concluding on Independence Day, July 4, 2026. This program invites participants to hike, ride, or horseback ride sections of the Arizona National Scenic Trail, embodying the spirit of service and unity.
Promote your community’s treasures as a part of Passport250:
Passport250 is a digital pass in partnership with the Arizona Office of Tourism designed to help Arizonans and visitors explore the state through unique excursions and themed lists like Dine250, Treasures250, Dark Skies250, IndigenousTravel250, and more. There is no cost to participate. As Arizonans and visitors alike utilize the pass, they are eligible for prizes and giveaways in honor of the 250th.
