Arizona’s Statewide Success Stories: Infill & Adaptive Reuse Projects Making a BIG Impact

At the intersection of public interest and private investment, we have found some of the best and most exciting redevelopment projects.  ULI Arizona, the County Supervisors Association of Arizona and the League of Arizona Cities and Towns are jointly hosting a workshop on public and private challenges and creative solutions surrounding Adaptive Reuse, Infill and Revitalization featuring four projects from around the state. The project owners, users, and partners will be presenting the process, building and site approaches, including existing structures and multi-level partnerships, challenges, and what has made these projects a success.

The program begins with coffee, networking, then panel discussion highlighting four projects from Ajo, Flagstaff, Gilbert and Prescott; followed by roundtable discussions, Q&A, lunch and an optional walking tour of some fantastic examples of Adaptive Reuse, Infill and Revitalization in downtown Phoenix.  We look forward to having you join us!
