We are pleased to present the 2022 New Laws Report of the League of Arizona Cities and Towns. You may access the document from our website.
The Report briefly describes the enacted bills that impact the operations of cities and towns and provides a link to the final chaptered version. This year we tracked more than 500 bills, of which League staff weighed in on 80 and testified on at least 45 measures in House and Senate Committees. There may be special sessions in the future, and any bills passed that impact cities and towns will be added to this Report as a supplement.
This document is intended as a general guideline only, and any specific question about legislation should be directed to your city or town attorney.
Please let us know if you have any questions or comments.
